Micropolis Robotics debuts M1.5 robot and NYSE American listing at UAE event

Micropolis Robotics has unveiled its latest innovation, the M1.5 robot, at the Make it in the Emirates 2026 event. The company, based in the UAE, has also made history by becoming the first Emirati robotics firm to list on the NYSE American under the ticker MCRP. This milestone highlights its growing influence in global security and infrastructure markets.

The M1.5 robot is built for rugged, high-stakes environments. It offers extended range, off-road mobility, and the ability to operate continuously in demanding conditions. Its design responds directly to the needs of organisations like the UAE National Guard and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior.

The robot joins Micropolis’ existing lineup, which includes the Patrol M1 and Patrol M2 models. All systems are developed and manufactured in the UAE, supporting critical security and infrastructure tasks. Behind these machines is Microspot, the company’s AI-driven software platform. It provides real-time monitoring and advanced data analytics for operators in the field. Micropolis is expanding its reach beyond the UAE. The firm now exports its robotics solutions to Saudi Arabia and several African markets. This international growth follows its recent public listing in the US, marking a significant step for the company’s global ambitions.

The M1.5 robot strengthens Micropolis’ position as a leader in autonomous security systems. Its deployment in high-intensity settings reflects the company’s focus on real-world operational needs. With a public listing and expanding exports, Micropolis continues to push UAE-built technology onto the world stage.
