Lamborghini's €5M Fenomeno Roadster Redefines Hypercar Exclusivity with V12 Hybrid Power
Lamborghini has unveiled its latest hypercar, the Fenomeno roadster—a limited-edition GT with aviation-inspired design. Only 15 units will be built, each priced at around €5 million before taxes. The model is already reserved for a select group of loyal customers, each owning an average of 25 Lamborghinis. The Fenomeno roadster is the most powerful open-top Lamborghini ever made. Its 6.5-litre V12 hybrid engine delivers 1,080CV (around 1,066hp), accelerating from 0 to 100kph in just 2.4 seconds. Top speed exceeds 340kph, yet the car is designed for road use rather than track performance.
Design director Mitja Borkert describes the Fenomeno as embodying a 'feel like a pilot' philosophy. Its aeronautical influences make it instantly recognisable, much like iconic aircraft. This approach follows Lamborghini’s Few Off programme, which began in 2007 with the Reventón—a V12 hypercar inspired by the F-22 Raptor fighter jet. Deliveries of the Fenomeno roadster are scheduled for the first half of 2028. Each buyer was hand-picked, ensuring the model remains exclusive to the brand’s most dedicated collectors.
