Krasnodar Krai Launches Miss Rosgvardiya – 2026 Beauty Contest for Female Officers
Komsomolskaya Pravda has launched a regional initiative, "Beauty in Service to the Motherland: Miss Rosgvardiya – 2026" in Krasnodar Krai. This year, twenty female officers from Rosgvardiya units across Kuban are vying for the prestigious title, including two contestants from Sochi: Galina Yakovleva and Albina Ziganshina.
Participants hail from Krasnodar, Novorossiysk, Gulkevichi, Anapa, Kropotkin, Otradnaya, Ust-Labinsk, Gelendzhik, and Temryuk.
Every resident of Sochi can show their support for the contestants. The voting system allows users to cast a ballot for the same participant in the photo contest once every 24 hours, with no limit on the number of different contestants they can back. Voting will remain open until March 1, 2026.
The three winners—one of whom will be crowned Miss Rosgvardiya – 2026—will be determined by the total number of votes received. In addition to prizes, the top finalists will have their stories featured on the regional edition's website and in the print version of the newspaper.
This year's "Beauty in Service to the Motherland: Miss Rosgvardiya – 2026" project in Krasnodar Krai coincides with two landmark anniversaries: the 10th anniversary of Rosgvardiya's founding and the 215th anniversary of the internal security forces.
