Kite Beach's New Art Installation Turns Kindness into Digital Masterpieces
A new immersive art installation is coming to Kite Beach this weekend. Hosted by FIX Dessert Chocolatier, the event invites visitors to share messages of kindness and unity. The project celebrates UAE talent while creating a real-time digital art piece made from community contributions.
The 'Messages from the UAE' installation will open on Saturday, 9 May at 4pm and remain accessible until midnight on both days. At its centre stands a giant FIX Hero Box, where attendees can type their thoughts onto tablets. These submissions will instantly update a digital word cloud, transforming the space into a living artwork.
Participants will leave with a goodie bag packed with products and vouchers from local brands. Partners include Careem, Humantra, Parker’s, Bake My Day, and The Scent Library, among others. FIX Dessert Chocolatier has also promised surprise treats inside each bag. Later in the year, the collected messages will be curated into a limited-edition FIX Hero Box. These special boxes will be sold through Careem and at DXB Airport. The initiative, supported by Careem, brings together over 15 homegrown UAE brands to showcase local creativity and community spirit.
The installation turns personal messages into a shared digital experience. After the event, the contributions will become part of a collectable product available to the public. Organisers hope the project will highlight the UAE’s homegrown talent while fostering connection among residents.
