Vladivostok welcomes first residents to new Russkaya Street apartments

A group of 43 residents in Vladivostok have just received the keys to their new apartments at 57 Russkaya Street. The first two buildings in the complex will eventually house 264 families, marking a significant step in the city’s housing development.

The newly handed-over flats arrived fully renovated, complete with stretch ceilings, wallpapered walls, and installed plumbing. Each apartment also includes an electric stove, ensuring residents can move in without major immediate work.

Mayor Konstantin Shestakov attended the handover ceremony, congratulating the new homeowners and wishing them happiness in their fresh start. His presence highlighted the project’s importance to the local community. Many of the residents have already outlined their next steps. Bathroom and kitchen upgrades top the list of priorities for most. Some families also plan to create dedicated children’s rooms, tailoring their new spaces to their needs.

The first phase of the Russkaya Street development is now occupied, with 43 families settling in. Another 221 apartments remain to be allocated in the coming months. The project continues to progress, offering modern housing to Vladivostok residents.
