Krefeld Corporate Run unites businesses for charity and team spirit

The 12th Krefeld Corporate Run is set to bring together teams from local businesses for a fun and charitable event. Participants will take part in a relaxed race while raising money for children’s causes in the region. The run has grown over the years, attracting more sponsors, volunteers, and companies each time. The event will feature teams from small craft businesses and large regional firms. Runners are encouraged to wear homemade costumes, adding to the lively atmosphere. Before the race, a warm-up session will get everyone moving, followed by refreshment stations, live music, and food trucks along the course.

A free six-week running course is available to help participants prepare. Sessions will be held every Wednesday at 5 p.m. from July 22 to August 26. The training will split between all inclusive Fitness Krefeld studio and the city forest. Details about the race and team registration can be found at www.run-fun-kr.de. The event’s first supporters included the racecourse and Extra Tipp am Sonntag, with more partners joining over time. All funds raised will go to the Association for Children with Cancer in Krefeld and the Marianum Children’s Home.

The Krefeld Corporate Run continues to blend fitness, fun, and fundraising. Companies of all sizes will come together for a day of teamwork and community support. The event’s relaxed vibe and charitable focus make it a highlight of the local calendar.
