Yakut Students Shine at Golden Autumn 2025 with Eco-Friendly Products

Yakut students have made a splash at the Golden Autumn 2025 exhibition in Moscow. Their innovative and eco-friendly products, ranging from quick-cook Yakut soup to fermented fireweed tea, have earned them top honours and valuable experience.

Rassolodinskaya Secondary School impressed judges with a quick-cook Yakut soup and a versatile seasoning, perfect for busy modern lifestyles. Meanwhile, Indigirskaya Secondary School showcased Arctic wild-harvest products under the Aryy brand, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.

Khatasskaya Secondary School brought home gold and silver medals for their omul fish soup and blackcurrant fruit drink, proving that traditional recipes can still shine on a national stage. Bulgunniakhtakhskaya Secondary School also contributed to the success, creating convenient everyday products from local ingredients.

Bekcheginskaya Secondary School's flash-frozen borscht and fermented fireweed tea, Alaas Bèleğe, with black cherry leaves and raspberries, earned them two gold medals. These achievements highlight the creativity and innovation of Yakutia's agrarian schools, providing students with a national platform to showcase their talents.
