White Dinner Event Returns to Harburg City Park on August 30
Get ready for an unforgettable evening as the annual "White Dinner" event returns to Harburg City Park in Hamburg on August 30, 2025. This open-air restaurant event, held near the Außenmühle area, promises a night filled with elegance, live music, and a unique summer atmosphere.
The event begins at 5:00 PM, with setup starting an hour earlier at 4:00 PM. Participants are encouraged to don their best all-white outfits and bring their own picnic baskets filled with delicious food and drinks. Tables will be elegantly set, creating a communal picnic-style dining experience.
As the sun sets, the evening's entertainment kicks into gear. From 7:00 PM, magical walking acts will grace the park, followed by a spectacular light show at 8:30 PM, enhancing the ambiance of the evening.
Participants are welcome to add their own creative touches to their picnic setups, such as candle holders, flowers, or white decorations. For those hot summer nights, an ice cream truck will be on site, offering free ice cream as part of the "Harburg treats" project.
Participation in the event is free, and admission is granted to those dressed in white. Harburg Marketing, with support from the Harburg Railway Construction Association, organises the event.
To make your picnic experience even more enjoyable, Harburg Marketing will provide free trash bags and pocket ashtrays for participants to use. Public toilets will also be available at the event.
