Vladivostok's Dom na Vostoke complex expands with 106 new apartments on sale

The Dom na Vostoke residential complex in Vladivostok's Zeleny Ugol district is expanding, with a new phase of apartment sales now open. DOM.RF Development has launched sales for the eighth building, adding 106 more homes to the growing neighbourhood. By 2030, the entire project will provide over 4,700 apartments for more than 6,500 residents.

Construction of the Dom na Vostoke complex began in 2023, with the first building completed in January 2026. As of March 2026, three buildings stand finished, while two more are nearly ready. The eighth building, now on sale, will offer 106 apartments across 6,700 square meters of living space. Completion is set for late 2027.

The complex includes a mix of apartment sizes, from 28.9-square-metre studios to four-room units spanning 103.2 square meters. Beyond homes, the development provides 104 storage spaces and 64 parking spots. Residents will also benefit from a 645-metre promenade, children's play areas, sports facilities, and landscaped gardens with flower beds and grasses. Designed to DOM.RF's Urban Development Standard, the project follows 'green' building practices. Future residents will have easy access to shops, cafés, offices, schools, and sports centres. The full complex is expected to finish by 2030, transforming the district into a self-contained community.

The Dom na Vostoke complex will deliver thousands of new homes alongside modern amenities. With ongoing construction and sales, the project aims to improve living standards for thousands in Vladivostok. The final phase will complete by 2030, offering a mix of housing, green spaces, and local services.
