Upgraded Pearl 62 Model Showcased: New Pearl 63 Features Folding Balconies

New Flybridge Model from Pearl Yachts

Pearl Yachts introduces the Pearl 63, an upgraded follow-up to the successful Pearl 62 which accounted for over half of the company's annual production.

The newly unveiled Pearl 63 stands out for its visually striking changes on the exterior, including a pair of folding balconies on either side of the cockpit. These additions expand the deck space and enhance the connection with the water. The rearranged cockpit seating now offers an L-shaped sofa to the port side and a pair of adjustable tables to maximize views.

Another significant shift can be found in the boat's flexible stern design. This change allows buyers to customize the area with either an ensuite crew cabin or a transverse tender garage, offering ample room for a Williams 285 TurboJet tender. Notably, the tender garage is larger than the previous model, capable of accommodating the tender which could only sit on the bathing platform in the Pearl 62.

Interior design elements have also seen adjustments, with a full-size dining table next to the aft galley now featured, replacing the compact dinette available on the Pearl 62. The lounge has been made more sociable, providing a larger C-shaped sofa to port and another smaller sofa opposite with pull-out stools.

The four-cabin, three-bathroom layout similar to the Pearl 62 remains, although the marble-lined en-suite of the full-beam owner's cabin feels more private due to its separate access from the aft end of the saloon. Each guest cabin can easily convert from twin bunks to doubles, catering to greater flexibility in accommodating passengers.

Powered by twin 800hp Volvo Penta IPS1050s as standard, the Pearl 63 boasts a top speed of approximately 27 knots. Optional engine choices include the IPS1200s and IPS1350s, pushing the top speeds up to 30 and 33 knots respectively. With a typical cruising speed of 20 knots, the unrefuelled range is anticipated to span around 250-260 nautical miles.

Slated for completion in March, the first Pearl 63 will debut at the 2025 Palma Boat Show in April, offering ambitious boat enthusiasts the chance to experience the luxury and versatility Pearl Yachts is known for.
