Thousands Enjoy Del Ray's 29th Annual Halloween Parade
Thousands of people in costumes flocked to Mount Vernon Avenue on Sunday afternoon for the 29th annual Del Ray Halloween Parade. The parade, hailed as one of the best in the country by USA Today, was led by a young local hero, 5th grader Linci Campos Cifuentes from Mount Vernon Community School, who served as the grand marshal.
