The Beaumont Mayfair, a well-known establishment, announces a September launch for its new venture, Rosi.
The Beaumont Mayfair Hotel is set to launch a new Modern British restaurant named Rosi in September 2025, marking an exciting addition to the London dining scene. At the helm of this exciting venture is renowned Michelin-starred chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen, who has been appointed as the Culinary Director.
Rosi promises to reimagine British dining with a focus on seasonal and timeless dishes, all rooted in local sourcing and the rich culinary heritage of the UK. The menu will feature signature pies inspired by meats and game, a year-round Old-Fashioned Pork Pie, cuts of English Wagyu, Lake District beef, and heritage Hereford cattle.
Lisa Goodwin-Allen, with over 20 years of experience, previously at Northcote in Lancashire, will work alongside Executive Chef Brendan Fyldes and Executive Head Chef Jozef Rogulski. The trio brings together a wealth of expertise to create an unforgettable dining experience.
The atmosphere at Rosi aims to be warm and inviting, moving away from the hotel’s previous masculine, clubby feel to a brighter, more characterful interior. The restaurant will be adorned by eight custom-painted pastel-hued murals portraying vignettes of a bygone era in high society.
The menu at Rosi is described as full of dishes that people want to eat. Alongside the traditional dining trolley offering pork pie, smoked salmon, beef tartare, and seasonal sponge desserts, diners can also expect theatrical desserts like flamed sponge and the Mayfair Millionaire’s Tart.
