Stadtsparkasse Augsburg, the seventh-largest Sparkasse in Bavaria and market leader in the Augsburg economic region, is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their team. With around 1,000 employees and an equity of 8.4 billion euros, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading financial institution in the region.

The role, which offers a good work-life balance with flexible working hours, involves a variety of tasks within HR, Recruiting, Personnel Development, and Occupational Health Management. The successful candidate will report to a management team and will be responsible for handling correspondence, coordinating appointments, and performing administrative tasks in candidate and event management, as well as catering and room management for interviews and events.

The position also includes processing and analyzing HR data and statistics, taking on completed tasks within HR processes such as hiring, transfers, and personnel development. The candidate should be independent, quality- and service-oriented, proactive, flexible, and able to maintain absolute discretion, working trustfully and valuably with all departments of the company.

Qualifications for the role typically include a relevant vocational training or degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields. Candidates who have completed training as a bank clerk or a similar commercial apprenticeship are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ideally also Helix, is required.

The remuneration for the position follows TVÖD-Sparkassen with 13.7 monthly salaries. The salary for the position ranges from 42,700€ to 49,800€ (full-time), dependent on relevant professional experience. The employer contributes fully to the company pension scheme for the position, and the candidate can also look forward to many measures to reconcile family and work.
