Tallinn’s Winter Events Kick Off with Festivals, Karaoke and Wine Walks in January 2026
Tallinn is set to host a variety of events in mid-January 2026, offering something for everyone. The city’s winter calendar includes food festivals, social gatherings, and cultural experiences. Among the highlights is the annual Tallinn Bun Festival, running from January 15th to February 17th.
The celebrations kick off on Wednesday, January 14th, with a Friend Making Movie Night at Ruddy Baar from 7 pm. Attendees will vote between The Princess Diaries and Mrs. Doubtfire before the screening begins.
The following day, Exhibition Wine Walk takes place at Fotografiska Tallinn on Thursday, January 15th, starting at 7 pm. Guests can enjoy wine while exploring the COSMOS - A Visual Journey exhibition. That same evening also marks the start of the Tallinn Bun Festival, a winter tradition featuring a variety of Shrovetide buns across different city locations.
On Friday, January 16th, Karaoke & Socializing will be held at Shamrock from 9.30 pm. The night begins with relaxed music before shifting to karaoke. The weekend continues with a Yoga & Gratitude Session at Reach Studio on Saturday, January 17th, from 3 pm, led by coach Tanvi Shah.
