Survey Shows How Many Krasnodar Residents Plan Repairs in 2026
A new study has revealed the renovation plans of Krasnodar residents for 2026. Experts from Avito Services and Avito Ads gathered the data, showing strong interest in home improvements. Nearly half of those surveyed intend to start work next year.
The findings highlight key trends in how people approach upgrades, from budgeting to choosing materials.
The survey found that 45% of Krasnodar residents plan to renovate in 2026. Among them, the 25-to-34 age group shows the most enthusiasm, with 51% preparing for updates. Another 20% aim for major overhauls rather than minor changes.
Cost remains a top concern, as 80% prioritise affordability when selecting contractors. Finishing work is the biggest expense for 55% of respondents. To manage budgets, 55% will share tasks with professionals instead of handling everything themselves.
For materials and services, 49% turn to ads on classifieds sites and marketplaces. Another 54% rely on recommendations from friends, family, or colleagues. Meanwhile, 49% of those renovating prefer a full cosmetic refresh of their homes rather than partial fixes.
The study confirms a growing trend in home improvements across Krasnodar. Many residents will balance costs by splitting work with contractors and researching materials through trusted sources. With nearly half planning updates, 2026 is set to see a busy year for renovations in the region.
