It's almost time to pack up the good deeds for another year as the multi-county cleanup effort, known as Hope Week, nears its end. 🔛
Volunteers from local churches in the area have been lending a helping hand to tidy up their communities during this inspirational annual event. Ax Church in La Salle is at the helm of this incredible community service project. 🌟
Things got busy this week with volunteers tackling cleanup tasks such as picking up litter along trails at Matthiessen State Park, sprucing up Oglesby's Lehigh Park with some painting and staining work, and even lending a hand with landscaping and painting projects at city parks in Troy Grove, Cherry, and Utica on Friday! 🌱
