Start Your Fitness Journey with Nicole's 30-Minute Pilates Class

New to fitness? Start with a 30-minute Pilates class led by certified instructor Nicole McPherson. No equipment needed, just a yoga mat. This class focuses on core strengthening and functional movement, perfect for beginners.

The class includes exercises like toe taps and crunches, designed to build core strength. Unlike other workouts, Pilates emphasizes proper form over repetition, helping you connect with your muscles and build mental strength.

McPherson, a Certified Pilates Instructor and Yoga Instructor, brings a wealth of experience to her classes. A former dancer and gymnast, she's also a professional Latin Ballroom Dancer. She began teaching Barre and Pilates in Sydney after retiring from competitive dancing in 2017.

After initial Pilates workouts, you might experience delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). This is normal and indicates microscopic muscle damage. Protein, like that found in protein powders, aids in muscle repair and can be easily added to post-workout smoothies.

Join Nicole McPherson's 30-minute Pilates class for a beginner-friendly workout that builds core strength and improves posture. Expect some muscle soreness initially, and consider using protein powders for recovery.
