Sip and Save: Little Salty Cider Release Benefits Nebraska Wildlife
Join Nebraska Game and Parks and Glacial Till Vineyard for the October release party of Little Salty, a salty and sweet apricot cider inspired by the endangered Salt Creek tiger beetle. The party, from 6 to 8 p.m. on October 17 at Glacial Till Cider House and Tasting Room in Ashland, benefits Nebraska wildlife education and conservation. For every six-pack sold, $1 goes to Game and Parks.
Little Salty follows last year's SlowPoke cider, a first collaboration benefiting the local community and the environment. During the party, guests can participate in nature trivia, use a photo booth, and join activities hosted by conservation partners. Monica Macoubrie, a Game and Parks fish and wildlife educator, spearheaded the collaboration with Glacial Till Vineyard. Craig Murman of Glacial Till Vineyard expressed their commitment to supporting Nebraska wildlife and education in a fun and engaging way.
