Singer Dmitry Kalduн Shows His Minsk Apartment Near Drazdy
Singer Dmitry Koldun has recently settled into a newly customised apartment on Rotamskaya Street in Minsk. The 1,260-square-foot space was originally an open-plan layout before he adapted it for his family. Though he divides his time between Minsk and Moscow, the property now serves as a home for his two children and himself.
The apartment belongs to Koldun’s sister, Anna Koldun, who previously owned the property. He took charge of redesigning the 117-square-metre space to better suit his family’s lifestyle. The renovation included creating separate rooms for his son and daughter.
Koldun already owns another apartment in Minsk’s Lebyazhiny microdistrict. Despite this, he chose to transform the Rotamskaya Street flat into a functional living space. His frequent travel between Minsk and Moscow means the family now has a dedicated home in the Belarusian capital.
The redeveloped apartment now accommodates Koldun’s children and provides a base for his time in Minsk. The property, once an open-plan area, has been tailored to meet the needs of his family. His sister retains ownership, while the singer and his kids reside there.
