Simba TVS Tricycles Transform Nigerian Logistics, Major Distributors Adopt Kargo Units
Simba TVS, a leading Nigerian vehicle manufacturer, is transforming the local logistics sector with innovative, durable tricycles. The company has invested heavily in after-sales support and trained thousands of mechanics, ensuring minimal downtime for operators.
Simba TVS Kargo, the company's flagship product, is designed to revolutionize last-mile logistics. These tricycles, with a carrying capacity of 400-550kg, fill the gap between motorcycles and pickup trucks. They are tailored for cargo, healthcare, and utility needs, making them a permanent fixture in Nigeria's logistics ecosystem.
Major distributors like Multipro and Tolaram have already replaced costly trucks with over 165 Kargo units. Multipro operates more than 165 units nationwide, reducing operational costs and improving reliability. The Simba TVS Ambulance Tricycle, a specialized model, can navigate rough terrain and reach remote communities with speed and efficiency.
Simba TVS has invested over N20 billion in after-sales support. The company offers a 24-hour helpline and a 'Service on Wheel' campaign to reduce operational disruptions. To date, Simba TVS has trained over 50,000 mechanics and certified over 15,000 technicians in partnership with NADDC.
Simba TVS Kargo is becoming a game-changer in Nigeria's logistics sector. With growing traction across various sectors and a commitment to reliable after-sales support, the company is poised to continue its impact on the local economy.
