"In the Embrace of Mother Nature" Exhibition at Semey's Nezorov Family Museum Invites Visitors to Immerse Themselves in Beauty and Harmony, Celebrating the Majesty and Tenderness of Their Native Land
Semey's New Exhibition Celebrates Spring Through Art and Tradition
The exhibition features over 40 works by renowned artists from the local creative community, with a special focus on pieces inspired by spring. Vibrant canvases and delicate watercolor compositions capture nature's awakening—the trembling breath of life and the triumph of renewal.
"Mother Nature is a profound, intangible, yet deeply significant concept. Each artwork reflects her multifaceted essence and the unbreakable bond between humanity and the natural world. Through their creations, the artists engage in a dialogue between people and nature, reminding us of the need to cherish the world around us," notes museum director Tatyana Stromskaya.
The absence of familiar modern elements—such as houses, cars, or roads—on many canvases encourages viewers to contemplate verdant valleys, endless steppes, and towering mountains. "In the Embrace of Mother Nature" is a heartfelt declaration of love for the homeland, its beauty, and its generosity. The spirit of rebirth, embodied in Nauryz, is also subtly and organically woven into the exhibition. Whether through painting, graphics, or design, the works transport visitors into the unique atmosphere of spring's awakening. In this space, art, nature, and tradition merge as one, reminding us that spring is a time of inspiration and new discoveries.
