Sanad Biswas’s *Resonance* Blends Myth and Sensory Experience in Dhaka

Sanad Biswas's installation 'resonance' searches inner-self

Sculptor and multidisciplinary artist Sanad Biswas searched for his inner-self in his solo art exhibition titled Resonance which is under way at Daagi Art Garage at Hazaribagh in the capital.

A new solo exhibition titled Resonance by artist Sanad Biswas is now open at Daagi Art Garage in Hazaribagh. The show, which runs until December 5, invites visitors into an immersive experience inspired by ancient mythology and modern craftsmanship. One of its centrepieces is a striking interactive installation designed to engage multiple senses at once.

Resonance opened on November 28, offering a week-long exploration of Biswas’s work. The exhibition’s focal point is a dark red chamber filled with ankle-height water, where visitors must walk barefoot to locate a hidden light source. The space is lined with red polythene, creating a soundproofed environment that amplifies footsteps and the ripple of water.

Resonance will remain on display until December 5, giving audiences a final chance to experience the installation’s unique blend of myth and material. The exhibition’s design—from its water-filled chamber to its soundproofed walls—ensures each visitor leaves with a distinct, personal encounter. No further details about the curator or additional events have been shared.
