Rüsselsheim’s Hasengrund Industrial Park Plans a Green Transformation

The workshop kicked off a multi-stage process involving the city, property owners, and local companies. Students from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences presented concepts for a climate-resilient industrial park. Their proposals included boosting biodiversity, improving public spaces, and enhancing sustainable mobility.

The workshop marks the start of a gradual implementation phase. Measures will be developed and rolled out with input from businesses, the city, and local stakeholders. The aim is to create a more sustainable, green, and functional industrial park in the coming years.
