Reintroducing a Timeless Design: Unveiling theBeosystem 3000c by Bang & Olufsen

Bang & Olufsen unveils the Beosystem 3000c, the latest restoration in its Recreated Classics series. The music system is an updated rendition of the 1985 Beogram 3000 turntable, which showcased pioneering design and technology.

This limited-edition Beosystem 3000c, comprising 100 individually numbered sets, boasts a blend of meticulously recreated vintage appearances and contemporary aesthetics. The device pairs with Bang & Olufsen's Beolab 8 stereo speakers, both adorned with a coordinated artisan walnut finish.

Mads Kogsgaard Hansen, head of product circularity and portfolio planning, explains that these revamped classics honor the cultural resonance of vinyl listening and the longevity of Bang & Olufsen's products. Hansen describes the Beosystem 3000c as an invitation for customers to rediscover their vinyl collection, combining the emotional richness of music with modern listening habits, offering a harmonious balance between the warmth of analog sound and streaming options.

Remarkably crafted with walnut and anodized aluminum, the Beosystem 3000c merges the past and present while preserving original materials, such as aluminum parts which have been remanufactured and finished using modern techniques. These refurbished components have been future-proofed to meet modern standards by Bang & Olufsen's Skjern-based team of specialists.

Turntable Model Beogram 3000 Undergoes Restoration Efforts

First introduced in 1985, the Beogram 3000 heralded Bang & Olufsen's tangential tracking technology in a smaller and electronically automated form. Recognized for its refined control panel and floating appearance, the Beogram 3000c resurrects this iconic design, complementing the original aesthetic with modern craftsmanship. The new turntable incorporates a solid walnut back panel, updated aluminum control panel, dust lid, fabric cables, and a future-ready pickup cartridge.

Alongside the turntable, Bang & Olufsen introduces the Beolab 8 stereo speakers, with walnut lamellas and pearl-blasted aluminum shells. Both components deliver deep, dynamic sound, effectively embracing both vinyl and streaming modern music.

Interested collectors can purchase this exclusive item for $30,000 from select Bang & Olufsen stores and their official website, starting May 27, 2025. Due to the production limit of just 100 units, customers must act quickly to seize this rare opportunity.
