Quickly create your own Alfredo-style pizza at home with Epicure ingredients

With the relaunch, Epicure is introducing more products and recipes, making mealtime easier and more enjoyable. One of the returning items is the popular Alfredo Sauce, which can be used for various dishes, including a homemade Alfredo Pizza.
To prepare the Homemade Alfredo Pizza, preheat the oven to 400°F (or as directed on the pizza shell's package). In a sauté pan, combine Alfredo sauce mix with 1.5 cups of milk, and whisking constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes or until thickened.
After the Alfredo sauce has cooled a bit, put it on naan bread or your chosen pizza shell. Arrange your chosen toppings on top, starting with spinach to keep it moist. The recipe includes sliced multi-colored peppers, sliced red onion, baby spinach, naan bread or pizza shell, pre-cooked chicken (optional), mozzarella cheese, Epicure Alfredo sauce, and 1.5 cups of milk.
Bake the pizza according to the pizza shell instructions or, if using naan bread, bake at 400°F for around 10 minutes (or until the cheese is melting). Depending on the amount made, there might be leftover sauce that can be used to make a small pasta or frozen for later use.
