PRIMUS Immobilien AG is transforming Berlin's housing landscape with ambitious plans. The developer is renovating and expanding a nine-story building in Kreuzberg, and constructing new residential projects in Kreuzberg, Westend, and Rudy Pankow. These projects aim to provide contemporary, sustainable apartments with innovative features.

The Kreuzberg project at Blücherstraße 26b will be renovated and expanded with four new builds, offering over 300 modern apartments. In Rudy Pankow, the 'arrive pankow' project is underway at Berliner Straße 100, set to deliver 291 units by 2027. This development adheres to KfW Efficiency House 40 standards and holds the Sustainable Building Plus (QNG+) quality seal. All 'arrive' residential quarters will boast fitness areas, green rooftop terraces, smart metering, and a digital neighborhood app.
