Pippa Middleton's lavish vision for a £15 million estate: Sister of Kate Middleton showcases extravagant blueprints for potential manor status abode.

In the picturesque village of Bucklebury, Pippa Middleton and James Matthews have received the green light to establish a day nursery at their farm, despite initial concerns about traffic congestion. The move is expected to provide more choices for local parents, addressing a shortage of 'early years places' in the area.

Bucklebury Farm, a successful establishment for 40 years, boasts a deer park, soft play area, animal petting, office space, cafe, and rustic glamping tents, offering a unique and rural setting for the nursery. The glamping tents, however, are equipped only with a logburner, providing a rustic charm but no electricity or Wi-Fi.

The proposal for the nursery has been met with criticism, with highway bosses voicing concerns about increased traffic in the surrounding area. Despite this, the couple pressed on, citing the lack of cover during school holidays as a significant issue for parents nearby who are often unable to work outside of term time.

Pippa Middleton, aged 42, and James Matthews, 50, have been making improvements at Bucklebury Farm, including the addition of a swimming pool that replaced the late Sir Terence Conran's kitchen at their Berkshire manor house, which they purchased for £15 million in 2022.

Middleton also has plans for a stately upgrade of the manor house. The architectural firm responsible for these renovations is Hesket Newmarket. Meanwhile, sister Kate Middleton is set to move to Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom Crown Estate property in Windsor Great Park.

The council claims that the nursery at Bucklebury Farm will deliver 'strong social benefits' due to the local shortage of 'early years places'. However, it's worth noting that there are no similar day nursery facilities for five miles around Bucklebury Farm.

This news comes after the couple faced criticism earlier this year for planning to open a nursery at their Buckleberry Farm. The decision, while controversial, aims to address a pressing need for more childcare options in the area.
