The Sudetendeutsche Museum in Munich is inviting everyone to join its Open Door Day on October 11th, a day filled with free activities and celebrations to mark its five-year anniversary.

Visitors can look forward to an exciting lineup of events, including a concert by Lola Blau from 7-8:30 pm, and workshops by sand artist Nadia Ischia, who will bring Otfried Preußler's famous book character, The Little Ghost, to life.

Sand artist Nadia Ischia will be conducting workshops from 2-6 pm, offering a unique and interactive experience for all ages. Registration for these workshops is required by October 9th and can be done via email at [email protected].

In addition to these special events, the museum will also be offering guided tours of the special exhibition "Ferdinand Porsche and other pioneers". Curator Eva Haupt will lead a tour of the exhibition from 2-3 pm.

The special exhibition, which showcases the life and work of Ferdinand Porsche and other pioneers in technology and engineering, will also be toured at 11-12 pm on October 11th.
