New beginner yoga workshop opens limited spots for January 2026

A new yoga workshop for beginners will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. The 75-minute session aims to introduce participants to the basics of yoga in a welcoming setting. Organisers have confirmed limited spots are still available for those interested in joining.

The workshop will run in the Aya Yoga Attic Studio at 5:45 p.m. It covers essential postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and foundational yoga philosophy. The class is tailored for newcomers or anyone returning to yoga after a break.

Participants will pay $42 each, though current Aya members can attend for free. The session is designed to build confidence, allowing attendees to join other yoga classes afterwards. No instructor’s name has been provided for the event. However, the studio has confirmed the focus remains on accessibility and skill-building for all levels.

The workshop offers a structured introduction to yoga for those starting out or restarting their practice. After completing the session, participants will have the tools to explore further classes. Registration remains open, but spaces are limited.
