Netflix’s *Physical: Welcome to Mongolia* Unites Asia’s Top Athletes in Epic Spinoff

Netflix is set to launch a new reality series titled Physical: Welcome to Mongolia later this month. The four-episode spinoff will bring together athletes from Physical: Asia for a trip to Mongolia, with the first two episodes airing on December 24 and the final two on December 31, 2025.

The show will feature a mix of Mongolian and Korean competitors from the original series. Among them are retired MMA fighter Kim Dong-hyun, CrossFit athlete Amotti, champion wrestler Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan, and Cirque du Soleil acrobat Erdene-Ochiriin Lkhagva-Ochir. One episode will show Lkhagva-Ochir hosting the group at his home in Mongolia, where he prepares a meal for the cast.

The spinoff follows the success of Physical: Asia and expands the franchise into a new setting. Viewers can expect a mix of competition, cultural moments, and a surprise guest when the show arrives on Netflix later this month.
