Mysterious Thieves in Essen: Unknown Perpetrators Stolen Electronic Credit Card Used Multiple Times for Payments and Money Withdrawals - Image Analysis Conduct
The Essen Police Department is currently searching for two unidentified suspects who allegedly stole an 80-year-old resident's EC card at a bank branch on Kaiser-Otto-Platz on December 21, 2023.
According to a statement from the Polizei Essen, transmitted via news aktuell, the theft occurred when two unknown men approached the resident under false pretenses. The suspects are believed to have used the stolen EC card multiple times on December 21, 22, and 23, withdrawing cash from various ATMs and making purchases in retail stores in both Essen and Gelsenkirchen.
