Moer's family event titled "MOVE! X Penguin's Days" set for June 22
Gear up for a rad occasion! The Family Day marks the grand finale of this year's exhilarating MOVE! Kids' Carnival - a vivacious district bash set to rock 'n roll on Moers Castle Square and adjoining green spaces, Schlosstheater, Musenhof, and the Old District Office. Kick things off with a scrumptious "Fair Trade Feast" by the compassionate Moers Fairtrade Town crew at 10am in the Musenhof. Once you've filled your bellies, it's time to dive into the fun-filled festivities!
Little ones and big kids alike can enjoy crowd-pleasing stage acts from various Moers youth culture troupes, showcasing Moers Music School ensembles, tanzmobil, diverse dance groups, and more!
Unleash your creativity at interactive workshops like the Open Works for Kids, improvisation sessions in Schlosstheater's studio, hands-on activities with the youth fire department, scouts, and medieval games in Musenhof. Don't forget about the castle park treasure hunt or child-friendly forest tours guided by certified forest guide Thomas Springer. Of course, the playmobile from the Kids Office and Beatbox to Go with Carlos Howard promise to be crowd favorites!
The young Schlosstheater delights us with the enchanting family dance performance "Shall we ... together" by Belgian group Tout petit at 1pm and 3pm as part of the Penguin's Days.
