Mill operations continue at Büttgen: Mill wheels in motion!

In a significant development for the Clifton Mill community, board members for both the Master at Clifton Mill and The Commons at Clifton Mill associations convened for their annual meetings. The events brought forth several changes, with some long-standing members stepping down and new faces joining the fray.

On April 6th and continuing until the end of October, the mill will kickstart its operations for the year, with doors opening on the 27th of April as well. The mill will subsequently be open every first and third Sunday from 2 to 6 pm. Noteworthy dates include Pentecost Monday, June 9th, when the international mill day will be celebrated with food, drink, and cake.

At the meeting, Anne and Heinrich Pusch, who have served the association for 25 years, were bid farewell and surprise-presented with a large gift basket. Similarly, Dieter Bautze, who will continue to manage the mill's finances, was given a gift basket filled with Italian specialties.

The meeting concluded with the unanimous re-election of Ansgar Leitzke, Frank Quildies, Birgit Toepel, and Rolf Toepel. New board members include Sylvia Scozzari, Noreen Cardinali, and Michael Carney. The status of Noreen Cardinali's re-election is not specified.

In other news, Damon Logiudice was re-elected as a board member for The Commons at Clifton Mill. Michael Novembre, Erica Rosso, and Ryan Munoz remain as board members for this association.

This marks a transition phase for the Clifton Mill community, as new members step in to continue the legacy of tireless work and dedication to the association.
