Luxury Rhine-View Condos Rise at Mainz’s Revitalized Waterfront by 2027
Construction has started on RIVAGE, a new residential project at Mainz Customs Port. The development will include 72 luxury condominiums, each offering direct views of the Rhine. Completion is expected by mid-2027.
The project forms part of the wider 'Zollhafen Mainz' district redevelopment. LBBW Immobilien, the developer, is also building Marina B, an office complex that will later house KPMG. Both projects aim to enhance the waterfront area.
Once finished, RIVAGE will offer high-end living with scenic river views and eco-friendly features. The development adds to the ongoing transformation of Mainz’s waterfront district. Residents can expect modern, sustainable homes by mid-2027.
