Lünen Library Hosts Free Picture-Book Cinema for Kids on April 14

Lünen City Library is inviting children aged four and older to a special picture-book cinema event. Scheduled for Tuesday, April 14 at 4:00 PM, the session will include a reading followed by a craft activity. Registration is required as spaces are limited.

The event will centre around Ete Petete & Tohu Wabohu, a book by Lissa Lehmenkühler. After listening to the story, children will make their own crafts based on the book's themes. The library has not released figures on how many young visitors have attended similar events in recent years.

The library's usual opening times are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This event, however, takes place outside regular hours and is free for all participants.

Families interested in joining must sign up in advance to secure a place. The session offers a mix of storytelling and hands-on creativity for young children. More details can be found by contacting the library directly.
