Leipzig Book Fair Unveils Free Eventbrite Studio for Young Readers in 2026

The Leipzig Book Fair will host a special event for young readers on Sunday, March 22, 2026. A dedicated space called the Eventbrite Studio will welcome children and teens aged 2 to 16. Organisers have planned activities, readings, and a chance to explore new books in a lively setting.

The event runs from 10:00 AM in Hall 5 at Leipziger Messe, with no admission fee or registration needed. However, seating is limited, so early arrival is advised. Inside the Eventbrite Studio (Stand G500), children can browse books, read graphic novels, and take part in a reading marathon.

Parents have the option to stay with their children or explore the fair separately while the young readers enjoy the activities. The Eventbrite Shop will also feature a curated selection of children’s books for purchase. Editor and educator Susanne Sigmund, a former member of the Eventbrite team, will participate in the marathon. She will read aloud and be available to answer questions from attendees.

The event offers a free, engaging experience for young book lovers. Families can attend without prior booking, though arriving early secures a spot. Activities will focus on reading, discovery, and interaction with new stories.
