Krasnodar’s Samolet Complex blooms with a 141-tree orchard for residents
A new orchard has taken root in Krasnodar’s Samolet Residential Complex. DOGMA Group, the developer behind the project, planted 141 fruit trees and six complex trees along a walking route. The initiative aims to create a greener, more inviting space for local residents.
The orchard features peach, apricot, cherry, and plum trees, all imported from Italy. Each tree was grafted to ensure strong growth and better fruit production. Over time, the area will showcase spring blossoms, summer harvests, and autumn colours, blending into the neighbourhood’s daily scenery.
DOGMA Group has also announced plans for community workdays. Residents will soon be invited to help with future plantings and upkeep. Artem Kolesnikov, the company’s Senior Vice President, explained that the project seeks to build a sense of prosperity and comfort in the area.
The orchard was developed in partnership with Samolet Group, the company managing the residential complex. Together, they turned an ordinary walking path into a fruit-bearing landscape with nearly 150 trees.
The new orchard will provide seasonal fruit and greenery for years to come. Community involvement in maintenance and planting is expected to strengthen local ties. The project marks a lasting change to the Samolet Residential Complex’s environment.
