Krasnodar Approves Church and Garden Project in Yubileyny District

Krasnodar's City Duma has given the green light to a new development in the Yubileyny microdistrict. The plan includes a church and a public garden on land previously marked for community use. Officials say the project meets all legal requirements.

The approved site sits on 70-letiya Oktyabrya Street, an area originally zoned as public land. Deputies adjusted the city's land use and development rules to fit the updated design. The prosecutor's office reviewed the changes and confirmed they follow urban planning laws.

The project will keep the existing greenery while adding a new public garden. No architect or planning firm has been named for the complex.

Construction can now move forward after the City Duma's approval. The church and garden will occupy a space already designated for public use. The development aligns with local regulations and preserves part of the area's green landscape.
