Kendall Jenner Unveils Her Whimsical Granny Chic Mountain Retreat

Kris Jenner's daughter, Kendall Jenner, has revealed a newly built mountain sanctuary designed in a whimsical granny chic style. This marks her first ground-up construction project, created in collaboration with architect Vladimir Radutny and interior designer Heidi Caillier. Jenner initially purchased the land five years ago, intending to renovate the existing house but later decided to build anew.

The concept for the retreat emerged when Jenner fell in love with the area's energy. She envisioned a countryside escape where she could entertain friends and family. During her first summer there, she explored the surroundings on her Polaris off-road vehicle, went biking and hiking, and even spent time cooking.

The design reflects her vision, blending vintage charm with modern comfort. Textured walls, intricate ceiling details, and expansive windows define the space. In the living room, a sprawling sectional sofa stands out, upholstered in Lee Jofa's iconic Hollyhock print. The color scheme draws inspiration from fashion label Bode, featuring softly faded primary tones.

A tiny pod on the property was transformed into a whimsical guest cottage. Inside, a zinc bathtub and antique Welsh wool blankets add character. The primary bathroom showcases a checkerboard tile pattern from Zia Tile, paired with brass fixtures by Barber Wilsons & Co.

Jenner's retreat now serves as a personal sanctuary, blending rustic warmth with stylish details. The project highlights her collaboration with Radutny and Caillier, transforming a once-dilapidated site into a carefully crafted escape. The space is ready for gatherings, outdoor adventures, and quiet moments in the countryside.
