Kempten’s ‘House of Energy’ Unites Four Firms for a Greener Future
Kempten's 'House of Energy' has officially opened its doors, bringing together four local energy companies under one roof. The inauguration took place this week at a Kempten Business Networking Event, marking a significant step in the region's commitment to sustainable energy.
The 'House of Energy' is a collaborative effort by Allgäu Überlandwerk (AÜW), Allgäu Elektrohaus, Bürger Wärme, and Allgäu-Netz. This shared space aims to provide comprehensive energy advice to residents and businesses in the region.
Visitors can seek guidance on a wide range of renewable energy solutions, including photovoltaic systems, energy storage options, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, heat pumps, and wallboxes. The centre also serves as a hub for information on local climate initiatives and energy efficiency measures.
The opening of the 'House of Energy' signals a new era of cooperation among Kempten's energy providers. By pooling their expertise, these four companies aim to accelerate the region's transition to sustainable energy sources and support local efforts to combat climate change.
