Kathrin Wagner's Birthday Gift: €1,000 for Geisa Hospice
Kathrin Wagner, a long-time supporter of the inpatient hospice project in Geisa, celebrated her 60th birthday with a unique twist. Instead of receiving gifts, she asked her guests to make donations to the St. Wendel inpatient hospice. Her generosity resulted in a total of €1,000 being raised for the cause.
Wagner, who runs the Hirsch Pharmacy in Geisa, has been a steadfast advocate for the hospice project. Donation boxes have been permanently on display at her pharmacy, reflecting her commitment to the cause. On her special day, she decided to channel her guests' well-wishes into a meaningful contribution.
The raised funds were recently presented to Nicole Dumack of the Bad Salzungen and Rhön Outpatient Hospice Center. The outpatient hospice service in Bad Salzungen expressed their heartfelt gratitude for Wagner's dedication and commitment, not just on her birthday, but throughout the years.
Kathrin Wagner's selfless act on her 60th birthday has resulted in a significant contribution to the St. Wendel inpatient hospice. Her ongoing support for the hospice project in Geisa is a testament to her compassion and dedication to the community.
