Jove Ballet de la Marina brings fresh talent to Denia's stage on May 31

The Jove Ballet de la Marina is set to perform in Denia on May 31, 2026. This latest show forms part of the company’s growing seasonal programme across the Marina Alta region. Around two dozen amateur dancers from the Valencian Community will take the stage, showcasing their skills in a carefully curated mixed programme. Founded as a bridge between training and professional dance, the ensemble provides a platform for young performers to gain real stage experience. Under the artistic direction of Laura Perelló and Maeva Perelló, the company has earned recognition for its focus on technical training and emotional expression.

The upcoming performance in Denia follows a series of well-received shows in 2026, including *Concert en Moviment*. Local cultural institutions and foundations have played a key role in supporting the group’s development, helping it expand its reach in the region. The May event will feature a varied programme designed to highlight the dancers’ versatility. Organisers anticipate strong attendance, reflecting the community’s enthusiasm for emerging talent. The show will also reinforce Denia’s reputation as a cultural hub on the Costa Blanca North.

The performance marks another step in the company’s mission to nurture young dancers. By offering regular opportunities to perform, the Jove Ballet de la Marina continues to strengthen its ties with local audiences. The event further establishes the Marina Alta as a vibrant centre for the arts.
