Join Women's Forest Walk: 'Planting & More' in Köschinger Forest

The Altmannstein and Surroundings Forest Owners' Association (WBV) is hosting a women's forest event on October 31st. Titled 'Planting and more? How to make the forest young again', the main event starts at 1:45 PM at the Sandweg parking lot in the Köschinger Forest. WBV forester Ines Müller will lead the event, with AELF forester Florian Schlagbauer providing support.

The event aims to discuss planting and potential alternatives to it. Guided tours will focus on women's roles in forestry, offering a unique perspective. Workshops on sustainable forest management will provide insights into modern practices. Notably, Florian Schlagbauer, who belongs to the organization 'Netzwerk Frauen und Forst', will participate, further enriching the event.
