With experts from politics and business sharing their insights, topics will range from infrastructure, sustainable development, and innovation promotion[1]. The city of Lübeck's got the lowdown on what's poppin' during these two days of enlightenment.
Since 2012, the Fehmarn Belt Days have been a bi-annual affair, with the goal of fortifying connections between Northern Germany, Denmark, and southern Sweden[2]. And by 2029, an 18-kilometer-long road and railway tunnel connecting the German Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn and the Danish island of Lolland will spin us into a tight-knit web of transportation and economic links[2].
