New York-based Skincare Brand Heyday Introduces Sustainable Professional Product Line
Introducing In-House Professional Product Line from Heyday
Step up your skincare game with Heyday's latest offering! This popular skincare services brand has stepped into the realm of professional skincare products, launching an exclusive in-house line of 19 formulas for a tailored experience.
After extensive testing and refining over 150 samples, Heyday presents a range of products designed for their estheticians to create custom formulas. Get ready to experiment with the Water Gel, Cloud Cream, Mineral Mud, Refining Peel, Glow Concentrate, Salicylic Sweep, and more.
Initially, these professional products will be available in Heyday's company-owned and operated locations in New York and California. Franchise locations are expected to carry these products by early 2024.
With a focus on sustainability, Heyday's new professional line is cruelty-free, vegan, and leaping bunny certified. The products are also free from artificial color, fragrance, phthalate, nut oil, parabens, petroleum, and mineral oil. Plus, the bottles are recyclable and designed to reduce waste, being nearly seven times the size of standard professional products.
Shea Amiruddin, the Director of Skincare Education at Heyday, describes the products as “beautiful, highly active formulas meant to be mixed according to exactly what the skin needs and client goals are at the moment." These formulations are suitable for all skin types and can be used alone, mixed together, or combined with other products within the range for targeted results.
Heyday currently operates 10 shops in New York City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia, and has opened over 20 franchise locations in major cities like Houston, Boston, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Scottsdale, Arizona, this year. The brand plans to open a total of 135 franchise units, with more markets joining next year.
Founded by Adam Ross and Michael Pollak in 2015 as a facial service provider, Heyday has continuously raised capital to fuel its growth. In 2021, the company raised $20 million and an additional $12 million last year, with both rounds led by Level 5 Capital Partners.
To take the brand to the next level, Heyday appointed Andy Taylor as its Chief Executive Officer this summer. Known for building profitable and sustainable businesses across various markets, Taylor took over from co-founder Ross. Both Ross and Pollak remain on the company's board of directors.
