San Ramon's latest addition to entertainment for the kiddos is here, and it's nothing short of extraordinary. Kid Plex, now open at City Center Bishop Ranch, is a playground unlike any other!
formerly known as PlayStar Kids, which offered a more relaxed vibe with a small slide, a climbing wall, and numerous toy-filled tables for imaginative play.
Kid Plex has breathed new life into the space, and we recently had a sneak peek during its soft opening phase.
Inside, you'll find an enormous, two-story crawl-through play structure complete with a humongous ball pit. Kids can create their own ball roller coaster using tubular contraptions, all while the little ones enjoy a dedicated pretend play area filled with kitchen sets, toy cars, and more.
Parents can set up camp at tables, perfect for tending to work deadlines while the little ones let loose at play. A party room on the side makes Kid Plex an ideal venue for birthday celebrations.
Kid Plex comes with a price tag, much like other attractions at City Center. For a single child, it's $14 for an hour or $34 for the entire day. Infants under a year old are free when accompanied by an older sibling. If you're a frequent visitor, a monthly membership for $140 (weekdays only) might suit you best. This option would be particularly beneficial if your child also participates in Music Together down the hallway or if you're a regular City Center shopper and diner.
