## Poddubny Park Renovation: A Comfortable Urban Environment Initiative
In a bid to enhance the quality of urban spaces, Poddubny Park in Krasnodar Krai is set to undergo significant renovations as part of the "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" program.
The renovation plans, overseen by the governor of Krasnodar Krai, Veniamin Kondratyev, entail a series of updates and improvements aimed at modernizing the park's infrastructure, preserving its historical atmosphere, and creating a more welcoming and multifunctional public space.
### Infrastructure Modernization
The park's pathways and walkways will be renovated and expanded, using durable and eco-friendly materials for better accessibility and aesthetics. Energy-efficient LED lighting will be installed to enhance safety during evening hours and create an inviting atmosphere. New benches and rest areas, including shaded spots with modern designs, will be added to improve visitor comfort.
### Historical Preservation and Enhancement
Any historical monuments within the park, particularly those related to Ivan Poddubny, the celebrated wrestler whom the park is named after, will be carefully restored and preserved. Educational plaques and interactive kiosks detailing the park’s historical significance and Poddubny’s legacy will be installed to enrich visitor experience.

Extensive landscaping with native and ornamental plants, along with additional tree planting, will be carried out to enhance biodiversity and shade.
