Goldbeck takes charge of Düsseldorf’s sustainable Officehome Rise with AI-driven management

The Officehome Rise development spans around 35,000 square metres of rental space. It includes a six-storey base and an 11-storey high-rise section in the Unterbilk district. Pandion AG, a Cologne-based real estate firm, awarded the five-year facility management contract to Goldbeck.

The contract runs until 2030 and covers both operational and technical aspects of the building. Officehome Rise is designed to high energy efficiency standards, with Goldbeck ensuring its long-term maintenance. The partnership reflects growing demand for specialised facility management in modern office developments.
