Germany’s THW Upgrades Emergency Response with 80 Mobile Workshops
Germany’s Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) has ordered 80 new mobile workshop trailers from Sortimo. These custom-designed units aim to improve efficiency for emergency response teams across the country. Each trailer functions as a fully equipped workshop, tailored to the demands of urgent missions.
The trailers include features that prioritise speed and organisation. Standing height adjustments and ergonomic workflows help responders work comfortably under pressure. Storage systems, such as BOXX units and WorkMo modules, keep tools and materials easily accessible.
The 80 trailers will provide THW teams with consistent, mobile workshops. Their ergonomic and organised design is set to save time during critical missions. The new units will be deployed across Germany in the coming months.
