German Playground Day 2025: Celebrating Play's Role in Child Development
The Federal Association of Playground Equipment and Leisure Facility Manufacturers (BSFH) and its members are gearing up for the 3rd German Math Playground Day. This event, set to take place on October 9, 2025, in Frankfurt (Oder), aims to emphasize the significance of math playgrounds in children's development.
The event, organized by the Berliner Seilfabrik, a leading global manufacturer of math playground equipment, will run from 10:00 to 12:00 on the math playground at the northern Oderpromenade. Children, families, and guests are invited to explore the math playground together, promoting movement, creativity, and social skills.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided, adding to the festive atmosphere. The gathering will be opened by Mayor Claus Junghanns, who will highlight the importance of play and movement spaces nationwide.
